ATFRR was created with a goal of supporting current and future teaching-focused faculty to reimagine their roles and redefine the boundaries of what is possible with that role in a rapidly changing academic teaching environment by providing them with relevant and tested tools and resources. It was founded by Jelena Nikolic, Ph.D., who was trained at the London School of Economics and the University of Nottingham and brought over two decades of teaching experience across multiple universities across the US and Europe.
We provide online and in-person consultations, training programs, and workshops to support current and future teaching-focused faculty reimagine their role and flourish in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
