Currently, most training, resources and opportunities in general are geared towards traditional roles of full/associate/assistant professors.
We focus on supporting the development of the next generation teaching-focused faculty that will bolster the higher education system.
By reimagining the teaching faculty role, we can cultivate environments where faculty can excel professionally and personally. This approach fosters dynamic, inclusive, and effective learning experiences that not only benefit students but also empower educators to flourish in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
